Anthony Beck grew up working summers in construction along side his father. After earning a BS in Construction Management, he went to work for Messer Construction, before launching Andeck in 2005 and GreenBau 3 years later.

Steven Hampton recieved a B.Arch and worked as Project Architect for a highly regarded design firm before starting Hampton Architects in 2005. He continues to work on both urban mixed use and traditional residential projects.

Timberlake Group
After earning a BA in Architecture, James Beck managed commercial projects in the Bay Area,
prior to starting his own residential design/build firm in Southwest Ohio in 1981, completing the first earth-berm home in the region the same year. In 1991 he launched Timberlake Properties.
